ANYTHING is possible!! Celebrating our 2yr. Wedding Anniversary of 9/7/07!

I was first introduced to meditation through my teacher, friend and powerful Shaman, John Myerson, fourteen years ago. Over the years, my path to find inner peace and love has widened and a life that I never could have imagined has presented itself to me. In the past five years, I met and married the love of my life (my husband, Eric), moved to my dream home in the woods, went through the training to become certified as a Confidential Victim's Advocate (confronting my past life of abuse), became a Reiki, American Board Certified Reflexologist and National Board Certified Massage Therapist....leaving behind 12 difficult years of being an Executive Assistant/ Administrator while raising two children alone.

Making a clear intention to change my life, I lived the quote, "Have the courage to become who you really are." I went deep, deep inside myself and uncovered the layers of pain, only to find a greater joy and appreciation for life. My husband was a great help in guiding me to a gentle place of strength, support, stability and unconditional love. My children remain my greatest gifts and teach me more than I ever thought possible, just by a look or a simple word. They are incredible spirits. Now, I know that my life is limitless and I have empowered myself to soar. My hope is to help others find their wings!! We are ALL worth it and we are beautiful in our own perfection.

Certified Confidential Victim's Advocate- In January 2007, I was certified as a Confidential Victim's Advocate with a non-profit organization (TESSA) that works every day to support, educate and provide services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. This organization has taught me how to listen, validate and support victims of trauma. The Confidental Advocate training was the most important thing I have ever done in my life and is helpful in my practice when I treat clients that have experienced physical violence or sexual assault.

Massage Therapy- Sarah specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Foot Massage Integerative Techniques and Swedish Massage for total body, mind and spirit relaxation
Hot Stone Therapy Combined with Reflexology- This powerful Therapy combines heat with massage, promoting a deep state of relaxation and detoxification of the lymphatic system.
Reiki- Hands on Energy Healing- Sarah combines the ancient systems of Usui Reiki, Karuna Healing Reiki, Shamanic Reiki and Chakra balancing/cleansing with these life changing treatments.
Energy Readings/Channeler Sessions/Shamanic Healing- Sarah has the gift of 'seeing' what may need healing in the body, mind or spirit of an individual. Please see description of this on 'Sarah Services' Page.
Reflexology- Targeting Vital Reflexes on the Feet, Hands & Ears with Hot Stone Therapy (upon request), Sarah can work the entire human structure-- specifically the central nervous system.
